Seminar Objective: To provide participants with the fundamental investigative techniques and resources, knowledge, and understanding to respond effectively to the complex challenges encountered during the investigation of crimes involving rare coins, paper money, gold and silver.

Instructor: Doug Davis is a retired 34 year veteran of the Pantego, Texas Police Dept. and served as Investigator, Chief and Director of Public Safety. Doug also has over 25 years experience as a coin dealer in the Numismatic Industry. Doug is a recognized expert in the area of numismatic crime investigations and has assisted local, state and federal agencies across the country. Doug assisted in the development of the FBI National Stolen Coin File and is Founder/President of the Numismatic Crime Information Center.
